Refund Policy

Before contacting MySonicFlow to request a refund, you may need to check whether your order is eligible for a refund.

The following purchases are eligible for return

- MySonicFlow has terminal technical problems, and no solution has been provided within 7 days. MySonicFlow will refund the purchase price if you don't want to wait for a future upgrade.

- Repeat purchase.

 

- You don’t receive the confirmation email within 24 hours of purchase, failed to get it after contacting the MySonicFlow Support Team.

The following purchases are NOT eligible for return

- The license of the purchase is expired, which means the purchase has exceeded MySonicFlow's specified period. 

- The purchase has exceeded 30 days from the initial payment date. 

- An unauthorized payment was made due to credit card fraud or other reasons.
